The site sits within the Innsworth Strategic Allocation which is a mixed-use development comprising 1,300 new homes and 8.31 hectares of land for employment uses. The subject site is the last remaining piece within the allocation without a planning consent and will provide much needed affordable housing for the local community and well as providing a comprehensive redevelopment in the overall allocation.
A planning application was submitted in August 2021, with a determination expected during Q3 2022.

The site is located within the rural Village of Stoke Lacy.
Following a successful in depth pre-application with the local authority, a rep has been made to the emerging NDP and we will continue to work with both the Local and Parish Council to bring the site forward.

KEMPSEY
Worcestershire

The site is located within the Village of Kempsey, a Category 1 Service Village within Worcestershire.
The site is well located in a sustainable location and we have given great emphasis to the green infrastructure and biodiversity of the proposed scheme. An outline planning application has been submitted for 30x new homes, with associated green infrastructure. We are continuing to work with the local authority through the application process.
LYDNEY
Forest of Dean
Site area: 12.4 acres
Local Authority: Forest of Dean District Council
The site is currently being promoted in conjunction with the emerging Local Plan and we are actively engaging with all stakeholders to bring the site forward.
A landscape led approach is being progressed and we will be looking to produce a scheme that compliments the overall settlement. Given the growth earmarked for Lydney in the coming years, we believe the site to be sustainable and a strong location for further development.
